Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. Plenty of our customers are at work while we clean. We’ll agree on access arrangements with you beforehand so everything runs smoothly, and we treat every home with the same care and respect we’d give our own.
What’s the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?
A regular clean keeps on top of the essentials — kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and floors. A deep clean goes further, targeting built-up dirt, dust and grime in the areas that need extra attention. Many customers start with a deep clean, then move onto a regular schedule.
Do you bring your own cleaning products and equipment?
Yes. We come fully equipped. If you’d prefer we use particular products in your home — for allergies, pets or personal preference — just let us know and we’ll happily accommodate it.
